This decision cannot be appealed.
12/2/2014 11:20:01 AM Potential Clearly Erroneous "MY" Direct Edge is currently reviewing trades in symbol "MY" between 10:03:00 am and 10:06:00 am ET today.

11/12/2014 3:36:38 PM Update on 10/30/14 Trade Reports to CTS

As a follow-up to the Alert published on October 30, 2014, the EDGA and EDGX Exchanges plan to submit “as of” trade reports to CTS for certain trades executed in Tape A/B securities from approximately 1:07 P.M. ET to approximately 2:25 P.M. ET on October 30, 2014.  The trade reports will be submitted after the market close on the following schedule:

 EDGA Exchange – Wednesday, November 12, 2014

 EDGX Exchange – Thursday, November 13, 2014

Please be advised that due to today’s issue impacting CTS, EDGA and EDGX Exchanges did not disseminate some trade reports in Tape A/B securities from approximately 1:07 P.M. ET to approximately 2:25 P.M. ET.   Direct Edge will work with the SIP to resubmit the affected trades to CTS with “as of” submissions as soon as possible.
