Market Data Agreements and Requirements

All firms receiving EDGA and EDGX market data must sign an Exchange Data Vendor Agreement.  The required information includes a market data contact and a brief description of how the market data is used.  Firms that redistribute uncontrolled market data will also need to report the contact information and location for the destination firms and what data is being distributed.  Firms will NOT be asked to report display or device quantities.
