Forms and Requirements
Subscriber Agreement
The client agreement includes several forms and requirements:
- Your two (2) most recent annual audited financial statements;
- Your two (2) most recent FOCUS reports;
- A completed subscriber application; and,
- Completed clearing arrangement documentation
After we have received and approved the required documentation, Client Service
will contact you within two business days to establish connectivity.
