New Members
To become a member of EDGA and EDGX Exchanges, follow the basic steps below. You can also contact member services directly at 201.942.8220.
Step 1 - Get Qualified
Any registered broker-dealer that is and remains a member of another registered national securities exchange or any person associated with a registered broker-dealer is eligible for membership on both EDGA and EDGX Exchanges.
Step 2 - Get Approved
Prospective members are required to fill out a Membership Application for each Exchange as found on the
Member Documents page. The completed membership application must be submitted via email to
memberservices@directedge.com or via fax to 201.557.8019. All required materials as found on the Application Checklist should be included. Member Services will be in contact within 48 hours to discuss the next steps.
Step 3 - Get Connected
Upon approval, the last step is to get connected. All connectivity information is located on our

Existing Members
For existing members, Direct Edge offers a
Members Area to access past invoices and run activity reports.
